March 15, 2009	Jeremy Justeson recital	Kutztown University, Kutztown, PA, USA	3:00 PM	First world premiere of Tongue and Groove for alto saxophone and marimba with Jeremy Justeson on alto sax. This work was commissioned by CASE Arts Group, Inc. and a consortium of performers who will give world premiere performances. I will be playing this first performance of the six-mallet version at KU. I will also participate in a discussion with the other commissioned composers on the program, supported by the Meet the Composer MetLife Creative Connections Program.

May 15, 2009	Volti choir concert	St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 2300 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA, USA	8:00 PM	World premiere of Eternal Reflections (formerly titled On The Day The World Ends), a new choral work commissioned by Volti, Robert Geary, Artistic Director, for its 30th season, on a concert entitled "Ecstatically Impromptu." This work consists of settings of poems by Czeslaw Milosz, Paul Laurence Dunbar and Mary E. Frye. Tickets available online or at the door. I will be at all three performances.

From their site: "New Brew returns to Barbes for it's second installment of contemporary musical madness! August 15, 2009	National Flute Association convention	Marriott Marquis Hotel, SOHO Complex, New York, NY, USA	1:30 PM	The last movement of Wind Quintet will be performed by the Ithaca Wind Quintet on a chamber music concert featuring NY composers, entitled "On the Town." Over 4,000 flutists are expected to attend this convention. The other performers are flutists from the New York Philharmonic with various chamber ensembles. the convention is entitled "Bright Flutes, Big City".
