Kirsten has been a great supporter of my music and this is the second work she has helped commission from me, the first one being Suite for String Orchestra.

This work was commissioned by the Michigan Music Teachers Association as a result of winning the 2001 Michigan Music Teachers Association (MMTA) commission for a new chamber ensemble work. I originally wrote the work for Lee and Diane.
